However, it is the Finnish sauna that has made its mark in our times as a philosophy of life. Featuring electronic control equipment and top-quality materials, our saunas reach temperatures of between 80 and 100º with a humidity of between 5 and 20%. Today the sauna is associated the world over with relaxation and looking after your body. 

RELAXATION AREA

After a sauna, your shower with its temperature cycles helps to tone up your body and its floor made up of river stones enhances the experience with gentle reflexotherapy.

To restore your bodily fluids there is nothing better than savouring a nice cup of tea on our recliners. Their perfect ergonomics allow total relaxation for both body and mind, making the most of the benefits of the wellness circuit.
